Our sirloin steak is packaged in 1-2 lbs variations. Price is based on $9 per pound.
The Sirloin is home to popular fabricated cuts but is first separated into the Top Sirloin Butt and Bottom Sirloin Butt. In the Top Sirlon you’ll find steaks great for grilling, while the Bottom Sirloin provides cuts like Tri-Tip and Sirloin Bavette, which are good for roasting or grilling.
At this time, we only offer pick up from the farm location or local delivery upon request.
When we receive your order, we will send you an updated invoice for the actual cost of your order based on our inventory and the net weight of each pack of meat.
